I'm a full-time artist and Twitch streamer based in the UK. I have a degree in Graphic Design and Illustration and have been freelancing as an artist for over 5 years. I've worked with over 500 clients in total doing custom commissions. I also run an Etsy shop for digital items such as animated emotes and overlays and have over 4000 sales and been an Etsy Star Seller every month since my shop opened in October 2021.I've worked with content creators such as: OkHarry, HighscoreHeroes, TheRealVandyy, Slayyzie and 100's more creators.

TERMS OF SERVICE & COMMISSION PROCESS

GENERAL TERMS• Please fill out the COMMISSION FORM with all relevant details and attach any image references.
• I reserve the right to reject any commission.PAYMENT & REFUNDS• Full payment is required upfront prior to starting unless discussed otherwise.
• I will not accept payment outside of the PayPal invoice I send to your email.
• All prices are in GBP Great British Pound.
• A 5% fee is applied to every order to cover software subscriptions, PayPal and administrative fees. This will be automatically added onto the price of the commission.• If agreed to split the commission up in chunks, I will complete work in portions as payments are received.• No refunds.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS & USAGE• Personal use only for all commissions besides logos.
• BlondeChipmunk disclaims any responsibility for copyright issues. By providing material (artwork, fonts etc) for BlondeChipmunk to use, the client guarantees ownership of the correct licenses.
• Commercial rights are 50% of product's fee if you wish to use on merch etc and profit from the design.COMMISSION PROCESS• After payment is received, I will add you to my live commission queue where you can track progress.• At each stage of the commission (sketch, line, colour, animation) I send updates for approval before moving on to the next stage. I will not go back to a previous stage after you have approved it.• You will receive all commissioned artwork via email so please ensure the email on the form is correct.• Turnaround time for commissions are 4-8 weeks however in certain cases this may extend up to 2-3 months depending on availability and the size of your commission. If I am able to complete the commission sooner, then I will.• The client can request a rush delivery if you require it within 1-2 weeks for a 50% fee per item.
